Motion Modeling of Solutions on the TLC Plate for Analyzing Carbohydrates by Using Image Capturing and AnalysisPP

The thin-layer chromatography (TLC) is a well-known technique in the synthetic chemistry. On this technique, operators obtain much information from the results on the plate by evaluating positions and the color of the sample components of the solutions. Previously, we proposed a quantification method of the TLC based on the scanned image analysis. In this presentation, the motion model of solutions on captured images is constructed based on the 2D advection-diffusion equation.
