The superresoluation optical fluctuation imaging (SOFI) has attractive broad study and application in the field of fluorescence microscopy. It provides relatively high resolution images and estimates the optical point spread function (PSF) efficiently. However, blurring artifacts retain in the SOFI images due to the presence of complicated cellular structure. In this talk, we study high-resolution image deconvolution methods based on the shearlet transform and high-order total variation regularizations.
