Biography

Claas Grohnfeldt received the Diploma and Ph.D. degrees in mathematics and remote sensing engineering from the University of Bremen and Technical University of Munich, Germany, in 2012 and 2017, respectively. Since September 2017, he has been a postdoctoral researcher with both the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Munich, Germany. He won the first price in the DLR Science Slam competition and the IEEE IGARSS Best Paper Award in 2013 and 2016, respectively.
